Offered continuous learning opportunities on youth development for staff, volunteers, community, service providers, and government agencies. Supported youth programming, project startups, referrals, and policy interpretation. Oversaw the Youth Program Quality Intervention across 40+ facilities for up to 5,000 staff. Conducted research and analysis studying demographics and youth development trends to identify best practices. Developed and monitor performance using outcome measures, workload measures, customer service metrics, targets, and indicators.
